Bula PDF Council/Associate Members, Partners & Friends
Greetings from the PDF Secretariat. AS noted in the subject of this mail, I wish to inform you all that the dates and host country for the 2010 Council Meeting have been finalised. Kindly note in your diary that the 2010 PDF Council Meeting will be held in Nadi, Fiji from Monday, 22nd March 2010 to Wednesday, 24th March 2010. The venue will be the Novotel Nadi Hotel which used to be known as the Mocambo Hotel. Please note that the PDF Council Meeting is primarily attended by organisations which are Full Members of the PDF.
I will be contacting these Full Members of PDF within the next 2 weeks as they need to confirm their representatives to the PDF Council Meeting. I will also provide details relating to programme, funding, travel arrangements and other important information.
Associate Members of PDF and interested individuals or partners can attend the Council Meeting as observers on self-funding basis. Please inform the PDF Secretariat if you or your organisation intends to attend the PDF 2010 Council Meeting.
