PDF Constitution (Being Update)
The PDF Constitution was adopted on the 30th July 2004. It creates the framework for an organisation that works towards inclusive, barrier-free, socially just, and gender equitable societies that recognize the human rights, citizenship, contribution and potential of people with disabilities.
The constitution directs the PDF to promote and facilitate Pacific regional cooperation on disability-related concerns for the benefit of people with disabilities.

The PDF strategic plan covers the five years from 2007 to 2011. It sets out the goals, objectives, and key result areas for the organisation over this five year period.
